If you don’t love your product within 14 days you can ship back to us for a full refund. Return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise must be in original condition. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
I received my cheese slab & it's different than the product picture shown on website?
Please note each of our fallen wood designs are unique, therefore your board may differ slightly from photograph. Wood varietals & general sizing are consistent with what is shown within product descriptions.
Is it possible to preview my cheese slab before or after purchasing?
Definitely! Please email us a request at email@example.com to get a picture of your board before we ship it out to you.
Bags: A little tender love and care will make your bag last for years- take a damp cloth (water only) and wipe down. Allow to dry.
Boards: The more you love your boards the more they will love you back. Rinse with water & let dry. We recommend regular oiling with food grade oil to keep your board like new.
